Elastollan

Elastollan® is a versatile material offering the highest innovation potential. The TPU - thermoplastic PU elastomer which is developed, made and marketed by BASF Polyurethanes, can be processed with different methods, including extrusion and injection molding as well as blow molding.

Excelling in all standards of TPU performance, its unique physical qualities include the following:

Increased elastic memory, hydrolytic stability, tear/cut resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistant, tear and kink resistant, oil and grease resistant as well as high burst pressure

Naturally anti-blocking and allows for a fast processing cycle

Requires little to no internal lubricant

Modifiable for specific applications, by glass-fibre reinforcement, for instance

Available in a wide range of formulations and  hardness (from 35 A to 80 D) , as well as in both polyester- and polyether-based forms

Estane 開發(fā)的一代無鹵阻燃TPU，其能滿足非鹵的要求并具有良好的機械性能和工藝性能。對于在建筑物和工地上的一些特定應用，阻燃和低煙阻燃材料是必需的。我們再這一應用中同時提供鹵素系阻燃材料。
